PracticeLite disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall PracticeLite be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. No Guarantee of HIPAA Compliance: While PracticeLite is committed to HIPAA compliance, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge this risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PracticeLite and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
